Do I need to be 21 to purchase?
Yes. You must be 21 or older to purchase or receive alcohol. An adult signature with valid ID is required at delivery.
Who fulfills my order?
All orders placed through doublecrossvodka.com are processed and shipped by licensed retailers in partnership with BevStack.
Where do you ship?
Due to state laws, we cannot ship to all U.S. states. At checkout, the system will confirm if we can deliver to your address.
How will charges appear on my statement?
Charges will appear as: “BEVSTACK-WINE/LIQR.”
Do you accept returns?
No. All sales are final under U.S. alcohol laws. Damaged or defective orders may be eligible for refund or replacement.
What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items?
Email info@doublecrossvodka.com within 3 days of delivery with order details and photos/videos.
What happens if my delivery fails?
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or no adult signature, your order may be refunded minus shipping charges and a $20 restocking fee.
Do you offer exchanges?
No. Refunds are available only for defective or damaged items.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days, subject to availability and state laws. You will receive tracking information once shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
Can I resell the alcohol I purchase?
No. Alcohol is for personal consumption or gifting only. Resale is prohibited.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship within the U.S., and only to states where permitted by law.
