3. ELIGIBILITY
This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the thirty-nine (39) eligible United States and the District of Columbia who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. The following states are excluded from participation and residents of these states are NOT eligible to enter or win: Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Utah (UT), Tennessee (TN), Alabama (AL), Indiana (IN), Vermont (VT), West Virginia (WV), and Maine (ME) (collectively, the “Excluded States”). Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and the immediate family members and household members of each such person, are not eligible to enter or win. For purposes of these Official Rules: (i) “immediate family members” means spouse, parents, step-parents, siblings, step-siblings, children, and step-children; and (ii) “household members” means persons who share the same primary residence as an ineligible person for at least three (3) months of the applicable calendar year, regardless of whether they are related by blood or marriage.
Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Utah, Tennessee, Alabama, Indiana, Vermont, West Virginia, Maine, and all other jurisdictions where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Residents of any Excluded State who attempt to enter will be disqualified and their entries voided.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Entry Period, eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes using any of the following methods. A FREE METHOD OF ENTRY IS AVAILABLE — NO PURCHASE AND NO EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. See the mail-in AMOE method below. Each eligible participant is limited to one (1) entry per method per calendar day, regardless of the number of entries submitted. Duplicate entries submitted in excess of this limit will be void. All entry methods carry an equal and identical chance of winning; no entry method is prioritized, weighted, or given preference over any other in the random drawing.
METHOD A — ONLINE ENTRY (Landing Page / Web Form)
Visit the Official Sweepstakes landing page at the URL designated by Sponsor and follow the on-screen instructions to complete and submit the entry form. All required fields must be completed. Incomplete forms will be disqualified. Entry by this method does not require email subscription.
METHOD B — EMAIL SIGN-UP (Klaviyo)
Subscribe to the Double Cross Vodka email list by entering a valid email address through the designated Klaviyo-powered sign-up form. Existing subscribers who are not yet entered in this Sweepstakes may also enter by visiting the landing page described in Method A. EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION IS OPTIONAL AND IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. Subscribing to the email list does not guarantee entry; entrants must otherwise satisfy all eligibility requirements. Entrants who do not wish to subscribe to the email list may enter via Method A, Method C, or the mail-in AMOE described below with equal chance of winning. All entry methods are given equal dignity; no method of entry confers any advantage or disadvantage in the random drawing.
METHOD C — IN-PERSON ENTRY (Tastings and Events)
At participating tastings, activations, and promotional events where Double Cross Vodka is being sampled or featured, eligible participants may enter by completing a physical entry form provided by an authorized Sponsor representative, or by scanning a designated QR code at the event and completing the online entry form. Physical entry forms will be collected and entered into the official entry database by Sponsor or its agent within five (5) business days following each event.
ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE) — MAIL-IN:
To enter without providing an email address or attending an event, hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address, date of birth, daytime telephone number, and email address (if available) on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with sufficient first-class postage to: Double Cross Vodka Custom Golf Club Sweepstakes, c/o DCV Investments LLC, 4016 South Third Street #1049, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 31, 2027 and received by February 7, 2027. One mail-in entry per outer envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are void.
Use of automated entry systems, bots, scripts, macros, or other devices to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification. For purposes of these Official Rules, prohibited conduct constituting “tampering” includes, without limitation: (a) submitting entries using false, fictitious, or fraudulent identity information; (b) submitting entries using a virtual private network (VPN), proxy server, or other technology to disguise or mask a residence in an Excluded State; (c) submitting entries using automated or programmatic means including bots, scripts, or macros; (d) submitting entries using multiple email addresses to circumvent the daily entry limit; or (e) otherwise gaining an unfair advantage inconsistent with the spirit of the Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, upon commercially reasonable determination and consistent with these Official Rules, to disqualify any individual whose entries display characteristics consistent with the foregoing prohibited conduct.
5. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE
THREE (3) PRIZES: Each Prize consists of a custom set of golf clubs and matching golf bag, custom-fitted and assembled by a club maker selected by the Sponsor in coordination with each winner based on the winner’s geographic location (each, a “Prize”). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars (US $1,500.00). The total ARV of all Prizes combined is Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars (US $4,500.00). Sponsor guarantees a minimum Prize value of $1,500.00 per winner; if local club maker fulfillment falls below this minimum for any winner, Sponsor will supplement with a cash payment to that winner to reach the guaranteed minimum. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE INCLUDED IN OR AWARDED AS ANY PART OF ANY PRIZE. Each Prize consists solely of golf equipment and accessories. No purchase of alcohol is required to enter or win. Limit one (1) Prize per person. Winners are selected without replacement; a previously drawn winner is not eligible to win a second Prize.
The actual value of each Prize may vary slightly based on customization specifications, geographic availability of club makers, and prevailing market rates at the time of fulfillment, but will not fall below the guaranteed minimum of $1,500.00 per Prize. Sponsor will coordinate payment directly with each selected club maker on behalf of each winner; no cash equivalent above the guaranteed minimum supplement will be paid directly to any winner.
The Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, assigned, or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s commercially reasonable control, including supply chain disruption, club maker unavailability, or discontinuation of a specific product. In no event will a substituted prize be of lesser value than One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars (US $1,500.00). If Sponsor is unable to fulfill the Prize at a minimum value of $1,500.00 through a local club maker, Sponsor will supplement fulfillment with a cash equivalent to reach that minimum guaranteed value.
PRIZE IMAGERY & BRAND DISCLAIMER: PRIZE Any golf club brands, equipment manufacturers, or specific products depicted or referenced in Sweepstakes advertising, promotional materials, social media posts, emails, landing pages, or any other Sweepstakes-related communications are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee, representation, or warranty that any Prize will consist of those specific brands or products. Each Prize will be sourced and assembled by a club maker selected based on geographic proximity to the respective winner and local availability at the time of Prize fulfillment. Each Prize ARV is $1,500.00. Sponsor makes no representation regarding the specific brands, manufacturers, or models that will comprise any Prize; brand and product selection is determined by local shop availability, subject to the minimum value guarantee stated in these Official Rules.
6. WINNER SELECTION, DRAWING PROTOCOL & DOCUMENTATION
6A. RANDOM SELECTION REQUIREMENT. Three (3) potential Prize winners will be selected exclusively by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Each winner will be drawn separately and sequentially from the same eligible entry pool, with each drawn entry removed from the pool before the next draw (selection without replacement). Winners may not be selected on the basis of any criterion other than random chance, including without limitation purchase history, frequency of entry beyond the permitted daily limit, brand loyalty, event attendance, social media activity, or any other merit-based or subjective criterion. Any selection method other than random chance would constitute an illegal lottery or contest under applicable federal and state law. The Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final and binding. Limit one (1) Prize per person; a drawn winner is immediately removed from the pool and is not eligible to win a second Prize.
6B. DRAWING DATE AND METHOD. The random drawing will be conducted on or before February 28, 2027 by the Sponsor or its designated representative using a verifiable electronic random number generator (such as Random.org or equivalent service) or other documented random selection process. The drawing is private and not open to the public. No entrant is required to be present to win.
6C. ENTRY POOL INTEGRITY. Prior to the drawing, Sponsor will compile a complete, deduplicated master entry list combining all eligible entries received via all entry methods (online landing page, Klaviyo email sign-up, in-person at tastings and events, and mail-in AMOE). Each eligible entry will be assigned a unique sequential identification number. Entries submitted by residents of the Excluded States, entries submitted by ineligible persons, duplicate entries beyond the permitted daily limit, and entries submitted outside the Entry Period will be removed from the pool before the drawing is conducted. All remaining eligible entries will have an equal and identical chance of being selected regardless of the method of entry used. Following each of the three sequential draws, the drawn entry number is removed from the pool before the next draw is conducted.
6D. DRAWING DOCUMENTATION. Sponsor shall create and retain contemporaneous documentation for each of the three (3) sequential draws including: (i) a dated and timestamped record of the total number of eligible entries in the pool at the time of each draw; (ii) a screenshot or printed record of the random number generator output for each draw showing the date, time, input parameters, and result; (iii) the identity of the Sponsor representative who conducted the drawing; and (iv) the sequential entry number and corresponding entrant information for each drawn entry. Documentation for all three draws shall be retained for a minimum of four (4) years following the drawing date and shall be made available to regulatory authorities upon request.
6E. ODDS OF WINNING. The odds of winning depend solely on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. All eligible entries have an equal chance of being selected. Sponsor makes no representation regarding the expected number of entries or the probability of winning.
6F. ALTERNATE WINNER PROCESS. If the drawn entry is determined to be ineligible, if the potential winner cannot be reached within the notification period, if the potential winner fails to return required documentation within the specified timeframe, or if the potential winner declines the Prize, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct one or more additional random drawings from the remaining eligible entries using the same documented process described in Section 6B and 6D above. Up to three (3) alternate drawings may be conducted before the Prize is deemed forfeited. Each alternate drawing will be documented in the same manner as the original drawing.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION
Each of the three (3) potential winners will be notified by email and/or telephone using the contact information provided at the time of entry within seven (7) business days following the drawing. If any potential winner cannot be reached within seven (7) business days of the first notification attempt, or if any potential winner fails to respond within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of the first notification attempt — regardless of whether such notification was received — that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected from among remaining eligible entries. It is each entrant’s sole responsibility to ensure that contact information provided at entry is valid, current, and monitored. Sponsor is not responsible for notifications intercepted by spam filters, returned as undeliverable, or otherwise not received by any potential winner.
To claim the Prize, the potential winner must within fourteen (14) days of notification: (a) sign and return a completed Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted by law) a Publicity Release; (b) provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification confirming the winner is 21 years of age or older; (c) provide a completed IRS Form W-9 (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) including the winner’s full legal name, mailing address, and Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number, which Sponsor requires to issue IRS Form 1099-MISC as required by federal law for prizes valued at $600 or more; and (d) provide a valid mailing address in an eligible jurisdiction. Each Prize ARV of $1,500.00 exceeds the IRS $600 reporting threshold. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner and file with the IRS for the tax year in which the Prize is awarded. Failure to comply with any of these requirements within the specified time period will result in disqualification and the Prize will be forfeited.
8. PUBLICITY AND LIKENESS RIGHTS
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, statements, and city and state of residence for advertising, trade, promotional, and publicity purposes in any medium now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to print, digital, social media (including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok), email, public relations materials, press releases, website content, and event presentations, worldwide. Winner acknowledges that the right to use winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes is part of the consideration for which the Prize is awarded and is separately and independently valuable. Winner may revoke consent to future use of winner’s name and likeness by providing thirty (30) days prior written notice to Sponsor at sweepstakes@doublecrossvodka.com; provided however that any use of winner’s name and likeness that occurred prior to receipt of such notice shall remain fully licensed and is not subject to revocation.
If the winner signs and returns the Publicity Release form provided by Sponsor, winner expressly grants Sponsor, its agents, assigns, licensees, and successors the right and license, revocable prospectively on thirty (30) days written notice, to:
- Use winner's name, nickname, image, likeness, and photograph in connection with the Sweepstakes and Double Cross Vodka brand promotion;
- Edit, alter, composite, morph, or modify such materials in any manner Sponsor deems appropriate;
- Publish, display, broadcast, distribute, and transmit such materials across all media channels and platforms now known or later developed;
- Sub-license such rights to advertising agencies, public relations firms, distributors, and other authorized partners;
- Use such materials for an unlimited period of time without additional compensation.
The winner's mailing address will not be used or disclosed in any publicity materials without the winner's prior written consent.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if any of the following specific circumstances materially impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes: (a) acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, or other natural disaster; (b) declared public health emergency, pandemic, or government-ordered shutdown; (c) verified cyberattack, platform failure, or technical failure affecting more than ten percent (10%) of the entry infrastructure; (d) verified fraudulent manipulation of twenty-five percent (25%) or more of the entry pool; (e) order or directive of a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction; or (f) war, terrorism, or civil unrest that directly prevents Prize fulfillment. Sponsor may not cancel or modify the Sweepstakes for reasons of commercial convenience, low entry volume, dissatisfaction with the drawn winner’s identity, or any other reason not listed above.
Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or garbled entries; (b) entries not received due to technical failures or Internet service issues; (c) any injury, loss, or damage of any kind to person or property arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize; (d) any typographical or other errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; or (e) any third-party acts or omissions.
ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF ANY PRIZE.
10. RELEASE
By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any claims, actions, injury, loss, harm, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize, or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activities, even if caused by the negligence of any Released Party.
11. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. MANDATORY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Official Rules, the Sweepstakes, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof (collectively, “Disputes”) shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in Duval County, Florida, or, at the entrant’s election, by telephone or videoconference. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs unless the arbitrator determines that a claim was frivolous or brought in bad faith, in which case the arbitrator may award fees and costs to the prevailing party. SMALL CLAIMS EXCEPTION. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Duval County, Florida, provided the claim qualifies under that court’s jurisdictional limits and remains an individual (non-class) action. CLASS ACTION WAIVER. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE ARBITRATED OR LITIGATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. ENTRANTS EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION RELATING TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. THE ARBITRATOR SHALL HAVE NO AUTHORITY TO CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OR TO ARBITRATE ANY DISPUTE ON A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE BASIS. IF THIS CLASS ACTION WAIVER IS FOUND UNENFORCEABLE FOR ANY REASON, THE MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION ABOVE SHALL BE NULL AND VOID, AND THE DISPUTE SHALL BE RESOLVED IN THE STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS OF DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA. WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL. TO THE EXTENT DISPUTES ARE RESOLVED IN COURT RATHER THAN ARBITRATION, ENTRANTS AND SPONSOR EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
LIMITATION PERIOD. Any claim arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, or it is permanently barred.
12. PRIVACY & EMAIL DATA USE
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor solely for Sweepstakes administration purposes including entry processing, winner selection, winner verification, and prize fulfillment. Email marketing consent is separate and independent from Sweepstakes entry. Entrants who enter via the Klaviyo email sign-up form (Method B) are entering via a dual-function form that simultaneously enters them in the Sweepstakes and, with their separate affirmative consent, subscribes them to Sponsor’s email marketing list. Sweepstakes entry via Method B is NOT conditioned on consent to email marketing; entrants who do not wish to receive marketing emails may enter via Method A (landing page) or Method C (in-person) or via the mail-in AMOE without subscribing to any marketing list. Entry via any method does not automatically enroll entrants in email marketing without affirmative opt-in consent. Entrants who have subscribed to the email list may opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email communication; opting out of email marketing will not affect, diminish, or disqualify the entrant’s Sweepstakes entry in any way.
Sponsor's collection and use of personal information is subject to its Privacy Policy, available at the Sponsor's official website. Sponsor will not sell or share entrant personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes without express consent.
13. STATE-SPECIFIC CONSIDERATIONS
The following states impose heightened requirements on sweepstakes and alcohol promotions. These provisions govern entrants from those states:
FLORIDA
The total Sweepstakes prize pool does not exceed $5,000 (total ARV: $4,500); accordingly, registration and bonding with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is not required under Florida Statutes § 849.094. Nonetheless, Sponsor will maintain all entry records for a minimum of one (1) year following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes in compliance with Florida law.
NEW YORK
The total Sweepstakes prize pool does not exceed $5,000 (total ARV: $4,500); accordingly, registration with the New York Department of State is not required. A copy of these Official Rules is available to New York residents upon written request sent to the address in Section 14 below.
RHODE ISLAND
Each individual Prize ARV is $1,500.00 and the total Sweepstakes prize pool is $4,500.00, which does not exceed the $5,000 threshold. Sponsor believes registration is not required under Rhode Island law. A copy of these Official Rules will be furnished to Rhode Island residents upon request.
ALCOHOL MARKETING RESTRICTIONS
In states where alcohol-related sweepstakes promotions are restricted or prohibited by law, Sponsor has elected to exclude those states entirely rather than modify the promotion. The Excluded States are listed in Section 3. Residents of the Excluded States are not eligible to enter or win regardless of the method of entry used. No alcoholic beverages are awarded as a prize in this Sweepstakes under any circumstances in any eligible jurisdiction. Sponsor makes no representation that the Sweepstakes or any related promotion is lawful in any jurisdiction outside the eligible states listed in Section 3.

Generate a second random integer from 1 to N-1 — this is Winner #2’s entry number. Remove that entry (new pool size = N-2). Generate a third random integer from 1 to N-2 — this is Winner #3’s entry number. Screenshot each draw separately.
- Take a full-page screenshot of each of the three draw results showing: the URL, date and time, input parameters, and generated number. Save all three screenshots immediately. ☑ SAVE AS: DCV_Sweepstakes_Drawing_Winner1_[DATE].png, Winner2_[DATE].png, Winner3_[DATE].png
- Cross-reference the winning number against the final master entry file to identify the potential winner’s name, email address, and entry method.
